🍺 Do you ship beer?

Yes! We currently ship to addresses within California only. All shipments require an adult signature (21+) upon delivery.

🚗 Do you offer curbside pickup?

Yes — and it's coming soon! We're putting the final touches on our curbside experience. Follow us on Instagram @divisionmarketsd for the launch date.

🆔 Do I need to show ID?

Yes. Valid government-issued ID is required for:

Curbside pickup
Delivery signature
In-store purchase (always)

No ID = no beer. Thank you for understanding!

🔁 What if my order arrives damaged?

We're sorry if that happens! Please contact us within 24 hours at support@divisionmarketsd.com with:

Your order number
Photos of the damage

We'll make it right.

🧢 What is "Mr. Robinson's"?

Mr. Robinson owned Division Market for decades and was the heart of this neighborhood. Many customers that grew up in the neighborhood knew the store as 'Robinson's' and so we now carry a special line of merchandise in his honor.

❄️ Is your beer really the coldest in town?

Yes — and the neighborhood's been saying it for 20 years. We keep our coolers at a steady 38°F, so every can is ready to drink the moment you grab it.

📞 Can I place an order over the phone?

Not yet — but we're working on it! For now, all orders must be placed through our website. It helps us keep things fast and accurate.

🧊 Do you sell wine or spirits?

Right now our focus is on craft beer and Mr. Robinson merchandise. Wine may be coming soon — stay tuned! Unfortunately we do not carry spirits but who knows what might be coming in the future.
